Church of Christ Primary, Regent Village

Church of Christ Primary school is one of six primary schools located in Regent Village, outside Freetown. The project began in August 2011 with the refurbishment of the school building which was nothing more than the old shell of a building.

2011
We built a new three classroom school building.

2012
New latrines were provided.

2013
We provided a safe water supply, the installation of a 1000 litre water storage tank and the provision of a power generator and electrical fittings throughout.

2014
We provided teacher training classes and the introduction of a Quality Learning Project through our partner organisation “EducAid” http://www.educaid.org.uk/

We fitted glass windows which offered better ventilation and much needed natural light.

2017
We replaced the leaking roof and ceiling.
